In this infographic I wanted to portray how traveling helps one's mental health by using facts. There is always many problems and issues that can affect our mental health every day and this problem just gets worse every day. By taking time to focus on yourself, getting out of your comfort zone, going to a new place, taking deep breathes in a new location can optimistically impact one's health. I wanted to prove this point by using factual evidence.
